WINDOW OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE SLIDING DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening/closing device for a vehicle sliding door capable of suppressing the occurrence of dimensional dispersion and reducing cost and mass.

SOLUTION: The window opening/closing device comprises a lift arm 62 turned by the driving force of a drive mechanism 68; a rotating shaft 63 forming the turning center of the lift arm 62; a base plate 61 supporting the lift arm 62 through the rotating shaft 63; and a window opening detecting mechanism 3 operated by turning of the lift arm 62. The window opening/closing device lifts window glass 2 by turning the lift arm 62 and detects the open state of a window 19 opened/closed with the window glass 2, by the operation of the window opening detecting mechanism 3. The window opening detecting mechanism 3 comprises a pin 31 provided at the lift arm 62; a cam groove 33 engaging the pin 31; and a moving member 32 supported to the base plate 61 and moving in one direction following the relative movement of the pin 31 to the cam groove 33.
