PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit capable of connecting in parallel or separating a plurality of DC power sources arbitrarily, and a vehicle equipped with it. SOLUTION: Connection circuits 10, 20 are provided to correspond to electricity-storing devices B1, B2 which can electrically be connected to a converter 50 in parallel with each other. The connection circuit 10 includes first and second circuits 12, 14 that are connected in parallel. The first and second circuits 12, 14 are capable of making currents in the mutual reverse direction flow individually. The connection circuit 20 includes first and second circuits 22, 24 that are connected in parallel.
