PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock with a movable ornament which can be realized in a simple constitution, can suppress increase in power consumption, and is superior in appreciation even in a dark environment, while increasing the flexibility of light emission spot. SOLUTION: The clock 1 with the movable ornament is provided with a rotating ornamental substance 20 provided drivably, and a back section 30 arranged at the rear of the ornamental substance 20; and the back section 30 has a back accumulation-of-light section 31a capable of emitting light by accumulation of light, and the ornamental substance 20 is driven so that the shielding state changes with respect to the accumulation-of-light section 31a.
