PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board case preventing fraudulent change of a ROM and tightly closing an opening portion formed for inspection of the ROM at a plurality of times. SOLUTION: When a small cover 64 is removed from an opening window portion 60, a main connecting piece 104 and a sub connecting piece 106 which are connected to cylindrical members 102 (e.g., the first and fifth cylindrical members at first) are cut off. The cylindrical members 102 are separated from the small cover 64 and the small cover 64 are allowed to be removed. When the opening window portion 60 is closed again by the small cover 64 after inspection and storage, the small cover is fixed using the second and sixth cylindrical members 102 from the left side. When the small cover is removed again, the main connecting piece 104 and the sub connecting piece 106 which are connected to the second and sixth cylindrical members 102 are cut off.
