PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a reinforcement member without interfering with a limiting part. SOLUTION: A reinforcement cylindrical part 41 is inserted into a body 21 with the phase of a cutout 43a aligned with the phase of the limiting part 26a. The distanceΔ1 between the axis and the cutout 43a of a clutch release bearing device is smaller than the distanceΔ2 between the axis and the limiting part 26a (Δ1<Δ2) as shown in Fig.1. Since the clutch release bearing device is formed in the dimension and shape that the limiting part 26a can be involved in the cutout 43a when it is projected in the axial direction, a disk part 43 can extend through the limiting part 26a without interfering with each other. A reinforcement member 40 is rotated 90°around the body 21 after the disk part extends through the limiting part 26a, the cutout 43a is positioned just oppositely to the projection 22 of a guide sleeve 20. The reinforcement member 40 is further pushed into the guide sleeve 20, the disk part 4 is brought into contact with a flange part 22, and the projection 22f is engaged with the cutout 43a.
