PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a moisture-permeable tube that can sharply decrease a granular structure or breakage thereby enhancing the non-defective ratio as well as the material yield resulting in reduction in the production cost. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the moisture-permeable tube comprises a pellet production process where a moisture-permeable polyurethane is pulverized into a flaky form to give a flake material and the flake material is pelletized to give a pellet and a tube-manufacturing process where the pellet is molded into a tube-like form to give a tube-like molded article, and the tube-manufacturing process is carried out at a temperature out of the recrystallization temperature range.
