<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the protection of personal information included in patient information and convenience during using the patient information in a patient information management system. <P>SOLUTION: The patient information management system transmits and receives patient information among a patient information managing device 12, a medical institution accepting device 11 and an examining person operating device 14, wherein the medical institution accepting device 11 has an encrypting/decrypting part 11c for encrypting personal information included in patient information to a first encryption key and transmitting encrypted encryption personal information to the patient information managing device 12, the examining person operating device 14 has an encrypting/decrypting part 14c for encrypting medical examination information included in the patient information by a second encryption key and transmitting encrypted encryption medical examination information to the patient information managing device 12, and the patient information managing device 12 has a log in information generating part 12a for generating log in information for each patient, and a patient information managing part 12c for associating the encryption personal information with operation authority to the encryption medical examination information on the basis of the log in information and giving the operation authority of the encryption medical examination information to the examining person operating device 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
