PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coolant from being supplied into a cooling tank in a high temperature state, without complicating a constitution of a thermal analyzer and a constitution of an analysis program. SOLUTION: A control part 16 determines whether the cooling tank 10 is in a coolant-suppliable state based on the analysis program and a temperature in a heating furnace 2 detected by a temperature sensor 5, and in the case of a non-suppliable state, controls a coolant supply part 12 so that the coolant is not supplied into the cooling tank 10, even if the process is a cooling process on the analysis program.
