A microchip for fixing proteins is provided to minimize the amount of a sample, shorten the reaction time, and make a working process very convenient with securing the reliability of the result. A microchip for fixing proteins comprises a chamber(5) formed between an inlet channel(2) and an outlet channel(4); a discharge space which is formed on front except the inlet side and the both sides and between the top ends of isolation walls(11,12) of the circumference of the chamber and a cover glass with the height of lower than a diameter of a bead by covering the cover glass on the chamber; a progress channel(10) connecting the chamber and the outlet channel; and a reservoir(9) which is installed between the isolation walls and the progress channel to be connected to the outlet channel by the progress channel. In the microchip, an antibody conjugated into the bead is an anti-albumin antibody, a transferrin antibody, an anti-Ig G antibody or a keratin protein antibody.
