PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a solenoid-driven valve capable of restraining interference between a valve element and a piston while restraining deterioration of operation performance of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: An ECU 80 is provided with a step-out determination part 83; an interference determination part 84; and a solenoid-driven valve control part 82 capable of varying the valve operation logic among an opening and closing soft seating mode, a valve opening priority mode and a valve closing priority mode. When the valve element 45 of the opened solenoid-driven valve 40 is determined as being stepped out by the step-out determination part 83, the solenoid-driven valve 40 can be controlled to be forcibly opened by the valve opening priority mode, and deterioration of the operation performance of the internal combustion engine 1 can be restrained. Further, it is determined whether the valve element 45 and the piston 10 interfere with each other or not by the interference determination part 84, and the solenoid-driven valve 40 is controlled and the valve element 45 is forcibly closed by the valve closing priority mode when it is determined as they interfere. As a result, interference between the valve element 45 and the piston 10 can be restrained while restraining deterioration of the operation performance of the internal combustion engine 1.
