PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor reinforcing structure of an automobile which reduces the cost with a simple constitution and does not increase the weight too much. SOLUTION: The anchor reinforcing structure 10 of the automobile has a double floor structure providing a floor board above a floor panel 11, and the floor board is provided on an upper surface of a floor side reinforcement 14 mounted to the floor panel. A seat bracket (first bracket) 17 is fixed to the floor side reinforcement 14 so as to be exposed on the floor board, a seat rail 20 for fixing a seat belt anchor is connected to the seat bracket 17 through a seat rail bracket (second bracket 18), and a cross member 13 provided on the floor panel 11 is connected to the seat bracket 17 through an anchor reinforcement 19.
