The fan wheel for an axial fan, especially for a tunnel ventilation and extractor fan, has one-piece and non-stick fan vanes of a carbon fiber reinforced plastics woven material, together with ceramics. A blown inlay (3) is covered by the woven carbon fiber reinforced plastics, to be subjected to an overpressure for bonding and hardening within a microwave oven (8).
