PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control discharge quantity of a disk type recording medium from a disk insertion opening. SOLUTION: The device is provided with: a link mechanism 71 in which a plurality of arms 72, 73, 74, 75 are coupled one another rotatably; an eject lever 55 operated in accordance with rotation operation of the link mechanism and discharging the disk type recording medium from a disk insertion opening 9a by pressing the disk type recording medium 100; a drive motor 17 being a drive source of rotation operation of the link mechanism; energizing springs 76, 77 giving energizing force to the disk type recording medium in the discharge direction when the disk type recording medium is inserted from the disk insertion opening; and position regulating means 70, 73a regulating a position of the arm of the link mechanism in a state in which energizing force of the energizing spring is suppressed by the disk type recording medium during eject.
