The system has a hot-air generator (2) and an insulated main hot-air channel (4) arranged in sections of a flat roof of a building. The system is limited in a temperature level so that neither a fire hazard occurs nor building materials are damaged, and utilizes a hot-air or hot-air/exhaust gas-mixture in an estimated mass flow rate. The hot-air is heated to a required temperature level in a commercial hot-air generator. The hot-air is lead from the hot-air generator to the flat roof over the insulated main-hot air channel or an insulated main-hot air pipe.
