A method for controlling door lock/unlock of a vehicle is provided to give door unlock delay by adding a safety door unlock algorithm to an ACU(Airbag Control Unit) through a seat belt buckle switch and a passenger sensing apparatus. Acceleration is measured by a measurement sensor during vehicle traveling. Collision is judged by comparing the measured acceleration with predetermined acceleration. If there is no collision, acceleration is compared continuously. In case of collision, wearing state of a seat belt is checked. When the seat belt is not worn, board state of a passenger is checked(400). In case of board state, a locking signal is transmitted to a BCM(Body Control Module)(500). Collision completion is checked(600). In case of collision completion, an unlocking signal is transmitted to the BCM(700).
