FIELD: forging press equipment, namely designs of powered presses. ^ SUBSTANCE: press includes arranged in housing: slide, flywheel with drive, crank, connecting rods, clutch and brake. Axis of flywheel is parallel relative to motion direction of slide. Crank is jointly coupled with connecting rods and it is mounted in opening of flywheel in parallel and eccentrically relative to flywheel axis with possibility of translation motion. Connecting rods are arranged at both sides from flywheel and they are jointly coupled with slide and with housing. Jointly articulated links of connecting rods are mounted in axle parallel to flywheel axis with eccentricity value relative to it equal to eccentricity value of crank axis. Crank is joined with flywheel through cylinder pair and it is joined with connecting rods through rotation pairs whose axes are normal to crank axis and cross it. Connecting rods are joined with housing and with slide through step bearing assemblies. Such bearing assemblies have common rotation axle parallel to flywheel axis in slide and in housing and they are joined with slides through rotation pairs whose axes are normal relative to axis of flywheel and cross it. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of press. ^ 1 dwg |
