PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mother's milk pad prevented from being displaced when a wearer is in a relaxed posture such as being in bed, attaining comfortable wearing feeling and improving mother's milk-absorbing efficiency in view of the fact that the mother's milk pad is used to absorb the mother's milk oozed out of the breasts to prevent the oozed milk from adhering to a garment or the like because the mother's milk is oozed out from the breast even not only when she feeds her baby but also when she is in bed if once the mother's milk gets into oozing from the breasts. SOLUTION: The mother's milk pad 1 is formed as follows: arranging an absorption body 8 between a liquid impermeable film 5 and a liquid permeable film 6; attaching the liquid impermeable film 5 to the rear surface of the pad; attaching the liquid permeable film 6 to the front face of the pad; and attaching an adhesive part 7 to the peripheral part 3 of the front face of the mother's milk pad 1.
