A binder spring manufacturing apparatus is provided to be able to promptly produce a binder spring for binding a note in a large quantity, and prevent an injury of the human body due to the cut portion of the binder spring by finishing a cut portion of the binder spring safely. A manufacturing apparatus of a binder spring includes: a feeding part(2) in which a spring workpiece(S) is wound on a roller(20); a transfer part(4) for moving forward a spring workpiece guided through a straight guide member(42) by a rotating a sawtooth plate(44); a holding part(6) for holding the transferred spring workpiece by advancing a jig operated by a first drive unit; a cutting part(8) for cutting the held spring workpiece by advancing a cutter operated by a second drive unit; and a folding part(9) for allowing a pressing member lifted by a third drive unit to fold the cut portion by pressing a cut portion of the spring workpiece.
