THE APPARATUS FOR HEAD OF STEEL PIPEPILE

A device for reinforcing a head of a steel pile is provided to maintain perfect verticality of reinforcing steels by overlaying upper and lower fixing parts to form an integrated fixing units, and fitting and fixing reinforcing steel bars at the same time by fastening bolts and nuts into fixing holes disposed on the fixing units. A device for reinforcing a head of a steel pile(1) has a disc shaped lower circular plate(10) made from metal or synthetic resin. Fixing units(20) are composed of upper fixing parts(21) having "±Ý" cross-sections and lower fixing parts(21'). One surface of each upper and lower fixing parts are overlaid to form "±‘" cross-sections. Fitting holes(22,22') are disposed aligned on upper and lower part of the overlaid fixing units, and fixing holes(24,24') are perforated on lateral surfaces. Supporting units(30) and reinforcing steel bars(40) of preset lengths are made ready. The supporting units are fixed along the edges of the lower circular plate, and the fixing units are fixed on the other side of the supporting parts. The reinforcing device is then coupled to the head of driven steel pipe by fastening bolts(25) and nuts(26).
