FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical diagnostics. Offered is method of specific macromolecules record in biological sample by means of the device equipped with optical disk (laser CD) used as sensitive element with applied macromolecular probes specific to disease associated macromolecular markers.
