The present invention discloses an apparatus for injecting liquid into fo od objects, the apparatus is comprised of a frame, an endless belt, and mean s for propelling the endless belt to convey the food objects. One or more ne edles with a passage for penetrating said food objects, a needle holder for holding said one or more needle, and a blending means for blending together substances to create the liquid are present. A supply means for supplying th e liquid to the needles, a means for moving the needle holder, wherein the n eedles injects the liquid into the food objects while communicating with the food objects, and control means, wherein the control means controls the ble nding means for blending together plurality of substances to create the liqu id based on predetermined recipes selected by the control means in response to an input from operator as well as the injection process, is further prese nt. |
