PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission apparatus 100 for a vehicle 10, whereby data communication in the vehicle 10 can be carried out surely and efficiently. SOLUTION: The transmission apparatus 100 includes a transmission means 30 for wirelessly transmitting the driving data of a fuel cell 12 to a management center 50 through a wireless communication channel 40; a radio wave intensity map 22 for recording radio wave intensity values of the wireless communication channel 40 at a plurality of points; a communication speed map 24 for recording the communication speeds of the wireless communication channel 40 at the points; and a discrimination means 20 for acquiring the radio wave intensity and the communication speed at the present position of the vehicle 10, on the basis of the radio wave intensity map 22 and the communication speed map 24 so as to discriminate whether the wireless transmission by the transmission means 30 is to be executed.
