<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of cracks in a semiconductor substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module comprises: a semiconductor substrate 1; electrodes 2 and 3, each of which is provided on a portion of the semiconductor substrate 1; a conductor 7 for taking out an output from the electrodes 2 and 3; and jointing material members 14 which connect the conductor 7 to the electrodes 2 and 3 along almost the entire lengths of the electrodes. In connection regions consisting of the electrodes 2 and 3, the conductor 7, and the jointing material members 14, the yield stress required for plastic deforming an edge portion in the longitudinal direction of each connection region is smaller than that required for plastic deforming a middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the same connection region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
