PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify gear shift operation and to improve operability in a transmission of a working vehicle such as a tractor as its gear shift is finely determined in multiple stages to cope with various kinds of work. SOLUTION: Revolution power of an engine E is transmitted to driving wheels 3F and 3R via a main transmission 1 and an auxiliary transmission 2. The main transmission 1 is constructed to be switchable by drive of actuators 4a, 4b, and 28, while the auxiliary transmission 2 is constructed to be switchable mechanically by shift operation of a shift lever 5. The shift lever 5 is provided with shift switches 29u and 29d shifting up/down a shift position of the main transmission 1 stepwise, a control means 7 interlocking with operation of an acceleration pedal 8 to drive the actuators 4a, 4b, and 28 for switching a main transmission position with restriction placed on a switchable position, and an operation switch 6 turning on/off the main transmission switching operation associated with the operation of the acceleration pedal 8.
