A nut locking device is provided to prevent a nut from being unlocked even when the device is used for a long time and thus to achieve semi-permanent use. A nut locking device comprises first and second nuts(20,30) combined to a bolt by a pin(40) not to be unlocked. The bolt contains a groove(11) formed in the length direction from an end of outer circumference edge of a thread portion thereof. The second nut includes at least one cut portion(31,32) formed in the direction of being combined with the bolt or the opposite direction. The pin includes a hook piece(41) inserted into the inner cut portion of the nut for restricting rotation of the second nut. A folded part(42) is extended from the hook piece. An elastic bar(43) is extended from the folded part and inserted into the groove of the bolt for applying elastic force to the hook piece.
