<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reproducibility of color component in an image than before and form an image appropriate in appearance in enhancing contrast of the image formed by photographing a view. <P>SOLUTION: The distant view area in the image formed by photographing the view is separated into a plurality of the image components for each of the color components (s140), and, based on the component image of the color component which is hardly scattered, distribution of pixels for each of brightness in the other component images can be corrected (s190). Thus, by correcting the color component easily scattered based on the color component hardly scattered, the contrast as the image can not only be enhanced, but also corrected for each of the color components, so that the reproducibility of each of the color components in the image can be enhanced as compared with the configuration for simply adjusting the brightness of the image area.
