PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an attachment structure of a passage forming unit with respect to an internal attachment member 72, in regard to a hot water supply opening adapter provided with the passage forming unit 10, an external attachment member 71, the internal attachment member 72, and a filter member 73. SOLUTION: By securing a securing protrusion 19 provided in the passage forming unit 10 to an L-shaped securing groove 77 provided in a flange part 72b of the internal attachment member 72, the passage forming unit 10 is connected such that loosening in a fore-and-aft direction is impossible. A tip of a lock pin 85 inserted through an un-threaded pin hole 17 provided in the passage forming unit 10 is fit in a lock hole 76 provided in a front face side of the flange part 72b to fix the passage forming unit 10 such that relative rotation is impossible.
