PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive sealed rolling bearing hardly causing wear of a seal and increase of torque. SOLUTION: A seal 5 of a deep groove ball bearing is provided with a lip part 12a having a sliding contact surface 12b slidingly contacting the circumferential surface of an inner ring, and the lip part 12a of the seal 5 is manufactured by loading a die with a resin. On the sliding contact surface 12b of the lip part 12a, minute irregularity formed by alternately repeatedly forming minute linear recessed parts and linear projecting parts in a stripe-like shape is formed. The minute irregularity is formed by transferring minute irregularity formed on a surface of the die to the lip part 12a in manufacturing the seal 5. That is to say, when the die with the minute irregularity formed on the surface by irradiation of short pulse laser is prepared, and molding is executed by loading the die with the core 11 and the resin, the minute irregularity is transferred to the surface of the die, and minute irregularity of a shape corresponding to the minute irregularity on the surface of the die is formed on the sliding contact surface 12b of the lip part 12a.
