PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a chip size and to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit for an electric power source is provided with the first power source terminal applied with the first power source voltage, the second power source terminal applied with the second power source voltage (more than the first power source voltage) when the first power source voltage is applied to the first power source terminal, and applied with the third power source voltage (the first power source voltage < the third power source voltage < the second power source voltage) when the first power source voltage is not applied to the first power source terminal, a detecting circuit for detecting whether the voltage applied to the second power source terminal is the second power source voltage or the third power source voltage, and a power source voltage generating circuit for generating the first power source voltage, based on a detection result from the detecting circuit indicating that the voltage applied to the second power source terminal is the third power source voltage.
