A process of manufacturing a laminated flame-retardant treated fabric comprising a front fabric layer and a flame-retardant back-layer, in which that one surface of a back-layer is provided with a flame-retardant powder and a thermal glue powder, and the back-layer is connected to the front fabric layer by heat treatment of the superimposed layers. Preferably the mixture of flame-retardant powder and thermal glue powder is applied in a scattered way.
