PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chocolate hardly extracting coenzyme Q10 crystal and free from lowering an absorption rate into the body even if mixing coenzyme Q10 at high concentration. SOLUTION: The coenzyme Q10-containing chocolate contains 0.1-1.0 wt.% of coenzyme Q10 based on the total weight of the chocolate, and liquid fat of an amount of≥10 times of coenzyme Q10 and at 1-10 wt.%.
