A cosmetic composition comprising composited pigments is provided to improve adhesion, uniformity and spreadability properties of pigments, as well as their water/oil repellent properties by surface modification of the cosmetic pigment with polymers. A cosmetic make-up composition comprises 0.5-40 wt.% of a mixture of (a) a composited pigment of titan oxide, of which surface is modified by trimethylsiloxy silicate, and (b) a composited pigment of titan oxide, of which surface is modified by acrylates/tridecyl acrylate/triethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate/dimethicone methacrylate copolymer in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:3. A method for preparing the cosmetic make-up composition comprising composited pigments comprises the steps of: (a) separately coating the surface of titan oxide with trimethylsiloxy silicate and acrylates/tridecyl acrylate/ triethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate/dimethicone methacrylate copolymer through wet process, dry process, chemical vapor deposition or sol-gel process, and mixing them to prepare a mixture of composited pigments; (b) pulverizing oil soluble powder, binding agent, coloring agent, UV screen, antiseptic and perfume, and mixing them; and (c) mixing the mixture of composited pigments of step (a) with the mixture of step (b).
