PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass analyzing system becoming possible to optimize an analyzing condition in the analyzing time of the structure of a substance serving as a measuring target and capable of acquiring analyzing data with less failure in a large data quantity. SOLUTION: Just acquired data are analyzed in a real time to evaluate whether an analyzing condition is optimum depending on whether the acquired data quantity satisfies a prescribed value. In the case where the data quantity of mass spectrum data does not satisfy the prescribed value, the analyzing condition is optimized in a real time on the basis of an analyzing condition adjusting database.
