PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank system having simple structure capable of adsorbing vaporized fuel gas by a canister, and enabling the internal pressure adjustment of the fuel tank or the circulation of the vaporized fuel gas into the fuel tank. SOLUTION: The lower end of a breather pipe 26 for connecting the fuel tank 14 to a canister 18 is formed as an opening 30, and when the liquid surface LS of fuel L reaches the opening 30, the fuel tank 14 is brought into a filled state. A communication hole 34 is formed at the breather pipe 26, and the internal pressure of the fuel tank 14 is adjusted. A circulation pipe 36 is branched from the middle of the breather pipe 26, and a part of the vaporized fuel gas can be sent to the periphery of an oil supply gun at an oil supply time. The breather pipe 26 is provided with a high position part 26H positioned on the further upside from a fluctuated liquid level ML of a vehicle inclination or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
