The invention is directed to the use of flibanserin or a pharmacologicall y acceptable derivative thereof, for the preparation of a medical compositio n for the treatment of Sexual Disorder in females whereby the medication of a patient is selected to achieve a significant change (with administration o f a therapeutically effective amount of flibanserin) starting from a baselin e (without administration of flibanserin), the significant change being achi eved within at least one primary criteria for efficacy and optionally within at least one secondary criteria of efficacy.
