PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reflect to the selection of the spot for local information presentation with adequateness which a user considers for visiting, in the local information display technique for selecting a parts of spot from a plurality of spots and presenting the selected spots to the user. SOLUTION: The navigation device receives the additional information (refer to Fig. 2) for visiting the memory spots inputted by the user using the graphical user interface interactively about each of the plurality of memory spots, records the information by relating together with the information specifying the memory spot concerned in one record of the memory spot. A part of spots is selcted from the plurality of spots, based on the additional information regarding each of the plurality of spots, and the local information on the selected part is presented to the user.
