<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for preventing the error of the selection of a paper feeding port and a method for controlling a print job and a print data processor. <P>SOLUTION: A printer 1-16 is provided with a plurality of paper feeding parts, and the paper feeding part to be used can be selected according to the paper feeding switching button operation of a control panel 1-18. Also, in a printer driver 2-8, "following a paper feeding switching button" can be designated to a print job as a paper feeding method.
