PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable paper diaper which can make a wearer securely recognize excretion. SOLUTION: The disposable paper diaper comprises an absorptive body AB with a liquid permeable surface sheet 1, an absorptive element for receiving body fluid through the surface sheet 1, and a liquid impermeable backside sheet 2 for preventing the body fluid received in the absorptive element from flowing out to the clothes side. and three-dimensional gathers with gather sheets 21 formed in both side parts of the product and erected to the surface side. A cool feeling micro-capsulating agent 5 which is made by wrapping a cool feeling agent as the core by a shell and flows out the cool feeling agent to the outside by contacting with the urine component is set at least at a part of the skin abutting face.
