The device has cable ducts (4) with corresponding cables (1, 1.1), where ends of the respective cables project over the respective ducts in a feeding direction. The ducts are fixedly connected with each other, and are supported in parallel to axes of the respective cables. The ducts are reversibly held in a revolver (6) that is rotatable around its axis. Each end of the cables projecting from the determined duct is insertable into an intermediate space of friction rollers (2, 2.1) by the revolver.
