A button type CD case is provided to insert the CD easily by fixing parts and an operation part, and draw the CD automatically by pushing a part of the operation part protruded from a main body. A button type CD case includes: a main body(1) having one side opened for insertion of the CD, and an opening formed on the opposite-lower edge of the one side; fixing parts(2,3) for fixing the inserted CD up and down by being installed to the top and bottom of the main body by a hinge; an operation part(4) fixing one side of the CD with the fixing parts, and having a protrusion part protruded to the opening of the main body; and guide lines for maintaining a distance between the fixing parts regularly and preventing the inserted CD from being pushed back.
