A plastic fastener for fixing a pillar trim is provided to facilitate opening of a curtain airbag by installing a pillar trim apart from a pillar panel. A plastic fastener for fixing a pillar trim comprises annular grooves(21,22) fixed to a fixing bracket(120) provided at the inner side of a pillar trim and coupled with a pillar panel(200) through various methods, respectively. A washer(24) is inserted into an installation hole(210) provided at the pillar panel(200) and is coupled to an assembly hole(220) with a link(20) having a certain area. The washer(24) is coupled with the assembly hole(220) using a bolt and a nut or a screw and a nut. The washer(24) is integrally formed on the link(20).
