摘要 A method and apparatus for pressing bean curd by stacking a bean curd forming frame vertically, placing a weight bar to press the bean curd forming frame and slowly applying pressure are provided to increase the degree of completion and productivity of bean curd. An apparatus(10) for pressing bean curd to squeeze water from bean curd comprises: a housing with a post(120) at the center in a vertical upright position and a guide part on both sides; a transfer part(300) with a transfer board having a hooking member to raise a bean curd forming frame(20) and a drawing part to draw the transfer board by a chain and to transfer the bean curd forming frame to another bean curd forming frame side; an ascent and descent driving part(200) for ascending or descending the transfer part by an elevating motor; and a weight bar(400) moved upward and downward along the post and squeezing moisture by pressing the bean curd forming frame. A work table(104) is formed at the bottom to put the bean curd forming frame on.
