A method for controlling the rotation number of a greenhouse vent opening/shutting apparatus and a control device thereof are provided to allow a motor of the switch to reversely rotate by the same rotation number as the number of right rotation in the opening/shutting of the vent. A device for controlling the rotation number of a greenhouse vent opening/shutting apparatus comprises: a driving part(110) having a motor and a shaft; a rotation-number sensing part(120) having a projection-shaped rotating body and a sensor; a microprocessor(130) controlling the whole operation of an electric circuit; a memory(140) memorizing the rotation number of the shaft counted from the microprocessor; an input part(150) inputting an operation signal; a reverse sensing circuit(160) setting the rotation direction of the motor and adjusting the rotation number according to the rotation direction; and a relay(170) setting the cutoff of power applied to the driving part. A method for controlling the rotation number of a greenhouse vent opening/shutting apparatus comprises the steps of: rotating a shaft in one direction by the operation of a motor; sensing the rotation number of the shaft through a rotation-number sensing part; storing the sensed rotation number in a memory; calling the rotation number stored in the memory in the transmission of a conversion signal for the rotation direction of the motor; sending an operation signal for the reverse rotation of the motor by a reverse sensing circuit; sensing the number of reverse rotation; transmitting a stop signal to a microprocessor if the number of right rotation is equal to that of reverse rotation; and sending an operation signal to a relay to stop the motor.
