PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the get-on of a carrier or the like into a car by forming a tip of an upper part of a door sill provided in an entrance part of the car into a gradually inclined shape so that wheels of a wheelchair and a carrier can be smoothly rolled. SOLUTION: A door sill 1 of a car is laid along an entrance of a car floor 3, and has a guide groove for door of the car. On the other hand, a door sill 2 of a landing is similarly laid with the door sill 1 of the car along an entrance to the car on a building floor 6, and has a guide groove for door of the landing. In the case where the car is stopped, the door sill 1 of the car exists at the same position with the door sill 2 of the landing, and when passengers get off the car, the car is floated, and the door sill 1 of the car is relatively displaced from the door sill 2 of the landing. A tip part 12 of the upper part of the door sill 1 of the car is formed with inclination so that wheels 9 of a carrier can be smoothly rolled when the wheels 9 of the carrier get on the car.
