<p>Markers or primers derived from genes encoding deubiquitinating enzymes are provided to detect the differentiation or undifferentiation of human embryonic stem cells into vascular endothelial cells, so that they are useful for detection whether the human embryonic stem cells maintain undifferentiation state during cultivation. A microarray for detecting the differentiation of human embryonic stem cells into vascular endothelial cells comprises a marker consisting of 10-100 consecutive nucleotides selected from genes of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:29 encoding deubiquitinating enzymes. A microarray for detecting the undifferentiation of human embryonic stem cells into vascular endothelial cells comprises a marker consisting of 10-100 consecutive nucleotides selected from genes of SEQ ID NO:88 to SEQ ID NO:94 encoding deubiquitinating enzymes. A method for detecting the differentiation or undifferentiation of human embryonic stem cells into vascular endothelial cells comprises the steps of: collecting a nucleic acid sample from the human embryonic stem cells during cultivation; and measuring the expression amount of genes of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:29 or SEQ ID NO:88 to SEQ ID NO:94 encoding deubiquitinating enzymes by performing RT-PCR(reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction) or real time-PCR by using primers.</p>
