<p>The wheel clamp (1) and method for its application around a wheel of a vehicle incorporates at least two clamp arms (10,20) which can be brought from the side of a wheel around it. The clamp arms are provided with blocking pins (11,21) running over them crossways and which can be inserted through the nave (31) of a wheel (30). The clamp arms are mutually releasably connected by axes running over them crossways provided with a locking arrangement. At least one of the clamp arms is provided with a screen plate (13) for screening at least one wheel nut. Also involved is a method for digital tracking of defaulters, together with a computer program which has instructions whereby the computer allows methods to be adopted with the program method fed by the computer.</p> |
