<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipid film sensor which keeps the stability of a lipid film and is reduced in the electrical noise caused by the fluctuation of the lipid film. <P>SOLUTION: The lipid film sensor is used for detecting a substance in water and provided with a substrate (30) having the front face and the rear face and provided with the through-hole reaching the rear face from the front face, the lipid film (31) arranged in the through-hole of the substrate to show interaction with respect to the substance, the electrolyte-containing polymer gel (32) provided to the surface of the substrate in contact with the lipid film and the reference electrode (33) arranged on the electrolyte-containing polymer gel in a direct contact state to acquire the data of the interaction with the lipid film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
