PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic device wherein the positioning of a first core with respect to a terminal stage can surely be carried out, the process can be omitted for applying an adhesive between them, and the positioning can be carried out between the first core and a second core. SOLUTION: The device includes the first core 20 having a first flange 21, a second flange 22, and a pillar leg 23; a stepped part 25 provided in the edge of the opposed surface 22a of the second flange 22; and a core side positioning part 26 provided on the surface opposite to the opposed surface 22a. Further, the device has a coil 30 arranged in a spool 24; the terminal stage 50 having a mounting surface 50a and provided with a guide 53 for engaging the stepped part 25, and provided with a base side positioning part 52 on the mounting surface 50a for carrying out the positioning thereof with respect to the first core 20, by engaging the core side positioning part 26 and comprising terminals 54 to which terminal wires 32 are bound; and a second core 40 covering around the spool part 24 and the coil 30.
