A temperature maintaining system for a deck is provided to maintain a proper operation temperature of the deck by cooling or heating the deck with cool or hot air flowing from an air duct, thereby increasing a deck operation efficiency and product reliability. A temperature maintaining system for a deck comprises a deck(70) with an audio unit(72) and an AV unit(74) installed on a crash panel in the indoor of a vehicle, an air duct(60) located at both sides of the deck to blow cold or hot air generated from an air conditioner to the indoor, a sensor unit(76) installed in the deck to detect inside temperature of the deck, multiple communicating holes(620) installed penetrating a side panel part(62) of the air duct to blow the cold or hot air to the deck, an opening and closing unit(64) including a moving panel(640) with multiple opening and closing holes corresponding to the multiple communicating holes to open and close the multiple communicating holes, a panel guide rail installed in the longitudinal direction of the side panel part to guide the moving panel, and a gear unit(660) operating the moving panel along the panel guide rail, and a control unit(50) cooling or heating the deck by operating the opening and closing unit according to the temperature detected by the sensor unit.
