PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a vehicle cannot be always parked at a suitable place when there are a plurality of candidates as a stop position such as in parking at the side of a tanker supplying a plurality of types of oil. SOLUTION: A device acquires images outside the vehicle, selects the stop position from the plurality of stop position candidates based on the images, acquires vehicle information indicating the portion of the vehicle which should be arranged at the stop position, and outputs guide information for matching the portion of the vehicle to the selected stop position.
